When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 48 to 72 to hours of purchase.
When will I receive my order?
Transit time is based on your location. Orders ship daily from the IRON & GLORY warehouse in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Standard transit time for domestic orders is typically 5 to 7 business days, not including processing time, which is 2 to 3 days. Transit time for international orders typically take anywhere between 7 to 14 business days. More information can be found here.
Where is my tracking number?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided when ordering. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add IRON & GLORY to your safe sender list.
You will also receive an email with your tracking information once your purchase has shipped, which will be within 48 to 72 hours from the time your order has been placed.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, IRON & GLORY ships worldwide from our warehouse in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
How much does it cost to ship to my order?
After you have completed you order including your mailing address, you will be provided with a shipping quote with different rates and services, depending on your region. Please note that orders over $75.00 within the USA are eligible for free standard shipping. Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. depend on the destination. To determine the exact shipping cost, add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The calculated shipping rate will be displayed.
Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?
IRON & GLORY is not responsible for any import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount will depend on your region. Please contact your local customs office for details. Please note that, by law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees. Please note that lighters are for domestic orders only.
How long does engraving take?
Most orders are engraved on the same or following day. If you have a larger order or custom request, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I inquire about a custom engraving or use a different font?
Can I pick up my order in person?
For online orders, store pickup is NOT an option.
What carriers does IRON & GLORY use to ship orders?
IRON & GLORY currently ships with Fedex & USPS.
What is IRON & GLORY’S return/exchange policy?
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days after purchase with free return shipping with the exception of “final sale" items, such as engraved products, which cannot be returned. Items must be returned in salable condition.
How do I make a return?
Please email email@example.com with your order number and what items you'd like to return. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Can I return an international order?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide our international customers with a prepaid return label. As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping. You can return merchandise within 30 days after your order has been received if the item is undamaged and unworn.
How long does it take to make a refund?
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've received the returned item(s), we will refund your credit card, which usually takes between 3 to 5 business days to process with your bank.
How can I change something on my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 48 to 72 hours. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes. We may be able to combine multiple orders and refund shipping before the order has shipped.
How can I place a wholesale order?

How can I be notified when something I want is in stock if it’s sold out?
New items can sell out quickly, but we are constantly receiving new shipments.

Can I ship to a PO box?
Yes, but it will be shipped by USPS.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, but it will be shipped by USPS.
Does IRON & GLORY have a retail location?
IRON & GLORY does not currently have a brick and mortar location and sells online only.
Where are IRON & GLORY products made?
We source products from the USA whenever possible but many products are sourced abroad. The US steel industry has shrunk to a shadow of it’s former glory. As a result, most of the worlds stainless steel of it comes from China. We design, engrave and package the rest of the product in the USA, however.
Can I use my Paypal account?
Yes. Please send us an email with all of your information: name, address, telephone number and what you wish to order. We will respond with a Paypal invoice and will ship your order as soon as it’s paid.
